But I'm happy I did. For a couple months I've been thinking that I've been going too long on my tempo runs, but I've been telling myself that it's just me complaining about the hard runs being hard. Looking at your plan right now (and you are a much faster runner than I) it looks like I really am over doing it on my tempo runs.
